Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, engaging environment for students and staff; Lead, mentor, and develop a team of swim instructors and support staff; Manage scheduling, staffing, and training to optimize swim program efficiency; Implement marketing strategies to attract new students and retain current families; Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to achieve profitability; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies; Foster a positive culture that prioritizes customer service and community engagement; Collaborate with corporate leadership to align with company goals and initiatives

Requirements

Proven experience in management; Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing team members; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with families and staff; Ability to manage budgets and understand financial reports; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Positive attitude and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience; Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Nice to have

Experience in the swim school or recreational industry; Knowledge of swim instruction and safety protocols
