Operations Intern

Seed-X is a deep-technology startup operating in the Netherlands, transforming the future of the seed industry using AI and Vision. Seed-X has developed the world's first AI-based seed analysis solution, which optimizes seed and grain supply chains. The full-time internship supports operations and day-to-day activities at the office in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

Operating and monitoring AI-driven seed sorting machines to process and analyse seed and grain batches; Conducting phenotyping assessments using internally developed mobile software; Processing and structuring phenotypical data to support AI training and algorithm development; Inspecting, monitoring, and controlling ongoing production processes to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency; Supporting the operations team with hands-on, practical tasks in a real startup production environment; Processing and administrative handling of new customer orders, including data entry, documentation, and internal coordination; Preparing analyzed seed batches for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and readiness for dispatch

Requirements

HBO students with an interest in technology, operations, data, agriculture, innovation, or business; eager to gain real-world experience in a high-impact company
