Our Outside School Hours Care service, OSHClub in the Aubin Grove area , is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to help support the day-to-day running of the service and deliver engaging programs for primary school-aged children.

This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into OSHC leadership, with support and training provided to help you build confidence and develop your skills.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 27.5 hours per week including 2 hours of paid administration time , assisting with the leadership of a team of dedicated Educators.

You’ll work split shifts, supporting our Monday to Friday programs

Rise then Shine: 6:30am – 9:00am

Stay and Play: 2:30pm – 6:00pm

Holiday Program : 7:00am – 6:00pm

About the role

The role is designed for someone ready to step up and develop as a leader. With support from experienced regional managers and a dedicated state office team, you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while making a genuine impact in your local school community.

To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a completed relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification, including:

Requirements

Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite; Build your confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration; Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences; Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community; Develop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities; Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!); State working-with-children check; Australian working rights; National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko); WA First Qualified Educator - Have completed a relevant qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in WA in accordance with ACECQA
