PR & Communications Intern

12-month internship within the Hayu, International Networks & DTC PR team, responsible for promoting NBCUniversal brands and content across EMEA (Networks) and the Hayu reality SVOD service (45 territories). The role offers foundational experience in publicity and communications, supporting a broad range of content and brands across multiple countries, and learning how the PR & Comms function operates, including administration, budgets, talent and event logistics.

Responsibilities

Asset Management: sourcing/cataloguing assets for key programming and sharing materials with local teams and PR contacts; Managing Press Materials: compiling press kits, developing publicity ideas, drafting press releases; Supporting Talent Access: assisting with organisation of talent interviews and press events; PR Coverage: archiving and sharing all press coverage, preparing coverage reports as needed; Internal Comms: supporting newsletters and other internal comms initiatives

Requirements

Eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship (Monday 5th July 2027 – Friday 21st July 2028); Currently an undergraduate studying at university and returning to full-time education in Autumn 2028, or looking to gain work experience after completing A-Levels, an equivalent course or an Apprenticeship; Ability to work on-site at NBCUniversal's Central London office four days per week; Passion for Entertainment & Media with a desire to pursue a career in publicity and communications; Strong written & verbal communication skills; Ability to take initiative, multi-task and prioritise workloads; Excellent attention to detail & time management; Highly motivated, enthusiastic and a self-starter
