Program Manager B-52 (WBD) - (Part-Time) - 01.3.11

Credence has an immediate need for a part-time Program Manager B-52 (WBD) at the senior level who will be primarily responsible for supporting the B-52 Stratofortress Division (AFLCMC WBD) at Tinker AFB, OK.

Responsibilities

Apply acquisition program management policies and procedures to USAF systems, subsystems, and equipment; Support proposal reviews and coordinate documentation across financial management, program management, contracting, configuration management, engineering, and logistics; Develop, analyze, and maintain integrated program schedules; Perform schedule risk assessments and evaluate contractor-proposed schedules; Develop and coordinate responses to taskers related to internal and external program inquiries; Support key acquisition events and reviews (SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, TRRs, etc.); Review and analyze prime and subcontractor Earned Value Management (EVM) systems; Prepare, maintain, and review test and test-related documentation, including the TEMP; Support PPBE activities and budget recommendations; Support Bomber program initiatives for the B-1, B-2, and/or B-52 programs

Requirements

Active or current Secret security clearance (or higher), verifiable in DISS; Master's or Doctorate degree in a related field and 10 years of experience (5 in the DoD), OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12 years of experience (5 in the DoD), OR 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications (8 in the DoD); Understanding of current DoD and USAF acquisition regulations, guidelines, and processes; Handling of official records in accordance with AFI 33-322; Minimum of 15 years of experience in acquisition and management of aircraft weapon systems, aircrew experience, or aircraft maintainer experience; Bachelor's degree in a related field such as systems engineering, program management, or logistics; Program management experience supporting or leading ACAT I or ACAT II weapon system programs; Experience in at least one modernization-related acquisition phase (Milestone A, B, C, LRIP, or FRP)
