Regional Recruiter

As Regional Recruiter for Wales, you'll take ownership of recruitment across our Welsh branches - partnering with local operational teams to attract and hire compassionate care professionals.

Responsibilities

Managing recruitment for Care Assistant and support roles across Wales; Building strong relationships with branch managers across Welsh locations; Designing and delivering targeted recruitment campaigns via job boards and social media; Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics, pipeline and personal KPI’s; Attending careers fairs and community events to raise CCH's profile locally; Supporting onboarding initiatives and promoting retention across the region

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment; Confident communicator, able to build rapport at all levels; Comfortable working autonomously across a large geographic patch; Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle; Data-driven approach to managing recruitment activity and reporting; Passionate about making a difference through people; Able to work with and achieve based on KPI’s; Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
