Registered Nurse (RN)- ICU

Responsibilities

Use the nursing process to assess patient needs, plan and implement individualized interventions, and evaluate outcomes; Engage patients and families in care planning; Anticipate and recognize changes in patient condition and adjust care plans; Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety; Coordinate discharge planning using an interdisciplinary approach; Evaluate patient, team, and unit outcomes; Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills; Promote a culture of safety; Apply ethical decision-making; Support professional development through education, mentorship, and required competencies

Requirements

RN license in applicable state; BLS (AHA) required; Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking; Ability to respond to rapidly changing patient conditions; Effective communication and teamwork in high-acuity settings; Organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

Typically 1+ year of clinical nursing experience preferred
