Senior SAP CO Consultant (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions across transformation programs.; Drive solution architecture and process optimization in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Margin Analysis (CO-PA), and Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC).; Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.; Ensure seamless integration between Controlling, Finance, and Logistics processes.; Support end-to-end project delivery, including design, realization, testing, deployment, and hypercare.; Contribute to governance, best practices, and innovation in SAP Controlling and performance management.; Experience with processes/projects for clients in the Discrete Manufacturing Industry (DMI) is preferable

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.; Several years of hands-on experience in SAP Controlling consulting and implementation projects.; Deep expertise in CO-OM, Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA (Margin Analysis), and CO-PC.; Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Controlling and Finance transformation programs.; Strong understanding of cost accounting, profitability management, and management reporting processes.; Experience integrating SAP Controlling with Finance (FI) and Logistics processes (MM, PP, SD).; Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, Asset Accounting, and Material Ledger.; Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, experience with SAP Project System (PS) is considered a strong advantage.; Business fluent German and fluent English.; Flexibility and willingness to travel.
