Salary: €16.00 per hour

Full Time, 40 hours per week

WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY

- Supervising the day-to-day operations of a busy catering environment focusing on team members roles
- Support daily operations
- Monitoring the training needs of the team and supporting where needed
- Hold team meetings on a regular basis to communicate targets, standards required and company and client information
- Work with the Location Manager's budgets; achieve and maintain Health & Safety and Food Standards in accordance with the budget and standards of BaxterStorey
- Develop and evolve all client’s services at the location, ensuring regular adjustments and improvements are both recommended and implemented
- Complete weekly stock takes
- Take and manage event bookings where required
- Assist with opening and closing procedures. Ensure that all units are prepared for daily operations and securely closed at the end of the day.
- Handle cash and banking.

Requirements

You thrive on getting the best out of people and maximising commercial opportunities; You draw satisfaction from managing, training and supporting a team; You provide a professional catering service, ensuring that company standards are maintained and that Client expectations are met; Have experience in a Supervisor role ideally in contract catering or hospitality; Good understanding of report writing and financial management.; Possess excellent supervisory and communication skills; Good delegation and influencing skills; Able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem-solving; Have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service; Must have good written and spoken English
