Responsibilities

Track eNCS issuance by operations and categories; Manage on-hold/off-hold in accordance to eNCS cases; Follow up and work with respective QC/QA engineers closely for accurate on-hold & prompt off-hold; Alert QA in case of any parts already shipped out during on-hold.; Constant checking on QC Engineers/QC Leaders to ensure accurate and on time triggering to minimize on-hold; Provide guidance and training to technicians to ensure enough and accurate supporting data to aid process owners troubleshooting during issuance of eNCS.; Work closely within QC & with QA to review rework data & off-hold assessment efficiently.; Identify potential escapees, correct on-hold time frame as provided/discussed with Process owners.; Attend Daily Production/Quality meeting, Weekly QC/QA improvement meeting & Yield Focus; Drive or handle specific projects related to QC improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or related experience.; Between 4-7 years of relevant work experience; Knowledge of testing and troubleshooting skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Proficiency in statistical analysis and related software applications; Adaptability to a dynamic working environment
