Virtual Staging

PhotoGuru is developing a world-leading international creative production team in the architectural/property sphere. The company is a small, fast-growing business with around 100 production experts in its team (150 in total), regarded as the top of its industry in the UK, and is launching around the world with the aim to expand 10x in the next 2 years. The company is recruiting senior technical staff to perform virtual staging according to its standards and style expectations.

Responsibilities

To perform virtual staging according to company standards and style expectations; Undertake virtual staging to an exceptional standard; Adhere to company values, performance standards of work and discipline, processes, and policies; Communicate promptly; Work to a tight schedule and deliver assigned work before agreed deadlines; Liaise with co-virtual designers and supervisors regarding project requirements; Work from concept art to create objects, layouts, backgrounds; Research visual style and genre to produce each project and build a library; Recreate real world environments and layouts; Work with post production and design issues; Adapt to software upgrades and keep up to date with new technologies; Manage files, asset libraries and update procedures documentation; Collaborate with compositors to deliver all assets required for final render

Requirements

Minimum of two years of experience in 3D designing; Experience working for an established company providing architectural/property/real estate 3D services; Excellent English skills in written and verbal communication; Hardworking, solutions-oriented, reliable, with an excellent eye for detail, an evolved sense of aesthetic and a 'can-do' attitude; Advanced 3D Studio MAX; Advanced light rendering software (pref VRay/Lumion); Advanced interiors photo editing skills, colour correction (incl. colour cast correction), light balance incl. Advanced Photoshop (and Advanced Lightroom skills pref); Advanced Virtual Interior Design; Advanced Aesthetic Ability; Understanding of Colour; Understanding of Lighting; Architectural knowledge; Understanding of consumer ideas of luxury

Nice to have

Advanced Lightroom skills; VRay/Lumion (preferred); Leadership and management training for those who wish to move into quality management or leadership positions
