Provide exceptional leadership; guest service; understand guest's needs; provide quality consultations; perform services requested in an efficient and professional manner

Requirements

Current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations; Ability and desire to lead and assist a salon manager; Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; Tech savvy and able to perform administrative tasks, including closing out the system at the end of the day; Ability to read, write, and do basic math; Good eyesight for observing guests' hair, including close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus; Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive movements; Ability to occasionally lift 10-25 lbs; Comfortable with fragrances and chemicals used in treatments
