As part of our Canberra team, you'll play a key role in managing and enhancing asset performance, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service across a range of commercial properties.

Responsibilities

Supporting the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio; Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and key stakeholders; Ensuring assets are maintained to a high standard and remain compliant with relevant legislation and regulations; Assisting with leasing activity and supporting strategies to minimise vacancy across the portfolio; Preparing reports, budgets, reconciliations, contracts and other property-related documentation; Monitoring property income and expenditure and supporting financial reporting requirements; Coordinating maintenance works and tenancy fit-outs; Providing proactive advice and support to clients and tenants; Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and tenant satisfaction

Requirements

Experience in commercial, industrial, retail or residential property management, property administration, facilities management, or a related property discipline; Strong communication and relationship-building skills; A proactive and client-focused approach; Excellent organisation and time management skills; The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously; A keen interest in commercial property and asset performance; A Certificate of Registration, Class 2 Licence, or willingness to obtain the relevant licence; Experience using MRI or similar property management systems (desirable); Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
