Commercial Property Valuer

Preston Rowe Paterson Sydney is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Valuer to join their professional valuation team. This role is suited to a Certified Practising Valuer with a solid track record in the property industry, capable of delivering high-quality, compliant valuation advice across a range of property types.

Responsibilities

Conduct property inspections and valuation assessments; Prepare accurate, independent valuation reports in accordance with API standards; Analyse market data, comparable sales and local property trends; Strong analytical and report-writing skills; Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities; Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional and quality requirements; Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Requirements

Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification; Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience as a CPV; At least 3 years’ experience in the property valuation industry; Strong knowledge of the Sydney property market; High attention to detail with sound professional judgement; Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
