Facilities Operations Analyst

This role will assist with overseeing third-party vendors in the areas of Cleaning, Facilities, H&S, and Security, monitoring operational expense and performance. The Facilities Lead will support the Manager with day to day management in each building of the Facilities Lead portfolio.

Responsibilities

Oversee third-party vendors in the areas of Cleaning, Facilities, H&S, and Security; Monitor operational expense and performance; Perform daily site inspections to spot technical glitches; Coordinate and supervise cleaning staff; Maintain consistent inventory of pantry supplies, printing materials, and restroom essentials; Request and compare at least three quotes for major repairs or asset purchases; Validate compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) from external providers; Conduct monthly inspections of fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and evacuation signage; Manage issuance and deletion of access cards for suppliers; Get offices move-in ready by overseeing painting, cleaning, desk setups, and wiring; Act as point of contact for Community, Sales, Members and Vendors; Ensure compliance with internal company standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Architecture; Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management, maintenance or other related industry; Excellent communication skills across multiple staffing levels; Demonstrated ability to define and assess problems and implement solutions; Strong attention to detail, problem solving and time management; Experience working with multiple vendor partners; The ability to build relationships and work cross functionally in a high paced environment; Intermediate knowledge of MS Office package; Intermediate/advanced English level (fluent)
