Responsibilities

Complete specific field tasks on behalf of Mainstay customers; Property walk-thrus; Weekly property checks; Home visits; Vendor meetings; Contract to close tasks; Ensure all tasks meet Mainstay’s quality standards; Provide professional service to Mainstay customers; Manage own workflow and complete tasks independently

Requirements

Active real estate license in the state you are doing tasks in; Ability to complete assigned field tasks on time and with attention to detail; Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple listings, and diligent documentation; Strong technical skills: Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously; Reliable transportation (for property-related tasks such as Home Check-Ins and Lockbox Installs); Access to a smartphone and computer for task completion, documentation, and communication; Strong communication skills; Detail-oriented and reliable; Self-motivated and proactive; Must live in proximity to one of the listed metro areas

Nice to have

Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred)
