Homeownership Officer

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and helping homeowners navigate complex property, leasehold and shared ownership matters with confidence? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Homeownership Officer to join our Homeownership team in Long Stratton, Norfolk. In this varied role, you’ll manage a diverse caseload covering leasehold management, affordable home ownership, property transactions, major works consultation and homeowner services.

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload covering leasehold management, affordable home ownership, property transactions, major works consultation and homeowner services; Provide clear, accurate advice to customers; Work closely with solicitors, contractors and stakeholders; Resolve enquiries, complaints and disputes professionally; Support compliance with legislation and policy, keeping records accurate and ensuring risks are identified and managed effectively

Requirements

Proactive and organised; Experience managing varied cases and interpreting legal, contractual or property-related information; Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters clearly; A customer-focused, professional and solution-focused approach; Excellent organisation, accuracy and confidence managing competing priorities

Nice to have
