We're a small team shipping fast, and we've outgrown running planning, releases and customer feedback on goodwill alone. You'll build the operating system for our product and engineering team, and run it yourself. You'll own the rhythm: quarterly planning, 6-week releases, sizing, release countdowns, and the flow of customer feedback into the roadmap. When it works, teams commit to what fits, risks surface early, and every release lands cleanly.
