Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties; Handling landlord and tenant enquiries; Coordinating maintenance and contractor works; Conducting property inspections; Managing tenancy applications and progression; Monitoring rent payments and arrears; Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation

Requirements

Previous experience in Property Management or Residential Lettings; Knowledge of the tenancy lifecycle and current legislation; Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; Strong organisational and time-management abilities; A professional and customer-focused approach
