Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Are you passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and ready to make a meaningful impact? As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision; Collect and record accurate session data; Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals; Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families; Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Requirements

Current RBT Certification; Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices; Must pass a background check

Nice to have

Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs; Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology; Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques; Background in special education, psychology, or related field
