Responsibilities

Acting as a frontline ambassador and trusted presence; Ensuring every person who enters the centre feels safe, welcome, and supported; Providing a strong security presence with exceptional customer service; Supporting tenants, guests, and visitors professionally; Conducting foot patrols and proactive safety awareness; Managing access control and responding to client requests; Responding confidently to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; Building positive relationships with retail partners and centre management; Completing clear incident reports and daily logs using digital systems; Maintaining a high standard of presentation and communication

Requirements

A valid NSW Full Security Licence; Current First Aid & CPR certification; Strong communication and customer service skills; Professional presentation and confidence dealing with the public; Sound judgement and problem-solving skills; Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster; Full working rights in Australia
