Senior Development Manager - Residential

An established, design-led property developer is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead a portfolio of residential schemes across London. This is a full-lifecycle role covering planning, design, procurement and construction through to completion. Working within a small, highly capable team, you will have genuine ownership of your projects and significant exposure to senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Leading residential developments from planning through to handover; Managing budgets, programmes, risk and quality; Appointing and overseeing consultants and contractors; Providing clear reporting to senior stakeholders

Requirements

Experienced client-side Development Manager; Strong track record across complex London residential projects; Commercially astute; Organised; Confident operating independently within a lean team
