Senior Services Program Director

Are you passionate about creating meaningful programs that enrich the lives of older adults? The town of Belmont is seeking an energetic, organized, and community-focused Senior Services Program Director to join our Human Services/Council on Aging team. Reporting to the Director of Human Services, this position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and evaluating a wide variety of programs, classes, special events, and outreach initiatives that promote the health, wellness, independence, and social engagement of older adults. The Program Director also manages program logistics, community outreach, volunteer support, partnerships, registration, budgeting, and other departmental initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, and enjoys building connections within the community while delivering high-quality programs and services.

Responsibilities

Developing, coordinating, and evaluating programs, classes, special events, and outreach initiatives; promoting the health, wellness, independence, and social engagement of older adults; managing program logistics, community outreach, volunteer support, partnerships, registration, budgeting, and other departmental initiatives
