Requirements

5+ years of technical program management experience, with at least 2 years on enterprise finance systems or ERP platforms; Demonstrated experience leading ERP migrations or large-scale system transitions (NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent); Ability to manage shifting requirements across multi-stakeholder environments; experience aligning Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams around shared delivery goals; Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture, data flows, and integrations — able to translate business requirements into technical inputs and flag risks proactively; Experience coordinating UAT with business stakeholders and driving accountability across cross-functional teams; Proficient in defect/issue tracking tools such as Jira; comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously; Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to clearly communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences, up to executive level; Self-starter who identifies quality and delivery risks proactively, without waiting to be asked
