Wellbeing Coordinator

Are you passionate about supporting people to live well, feel safe, and stay connected in their community? We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Wellbeing Coordinator to join our Wellbeing & Partnership team, providing high-quality housing management and wellbeing support to tenants across Saffron communities. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with tenants, colleagues, and partner organisations to help people settle into their homes, maintain their independence, and access the support they need.

Responsibilities

Providing high-quality housing management and wellbeing support to tenants across Saffron communities; Working closely with tenants, colleagues, and partner organisations to help people settle into their homes, maintain their independence, and access the support they need; Supporting tenants through sign-up, move-in, and follow-up visits to help them feel settled and confident in their home; Completing fire safety checks, health and safety inspections, and regular building checks to help keep communities safe; Working with partner organisations to identify and respond to tenants' wellbeing and support needs; Encouraging independence, involvement, and community engagement through activities, advice, and signposting

Requirements

Compassionate and proactive; empathy; confidence; excellent communication skills; understanding of the needs of older people; committed to delivering a respectful, reliable, and person-centred service; comfortable working independently; uses initiative; builds positive relationships with tenants, colleagues, and external partners; organised; caring; motivated by making a real difference in people's day-to-day lives; willing to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service check
