Associate Director, Clients

We’re looking for an Account Director to join the Universal UK team – working across UK theatrical film releases. The role sits within EssenceMediacom’s specialist entertainment department – TED. The successful candidate will have regular client contact from the outset and be exposed to all media disciplines, each of which play a role on our plans. You will report into the Senior Associate Director.

Responsibilities

Working across UK theatrical film releases; Regular client contact and exposure to all media disciplines; Reporting into the Senior Associate Director; Delivering high-quality work across multiple live briefs; Taking ownership of developing strategic and implementational frameworks, responses to briefs, campaign laydowns and PCAs; Developing and managing junior members of the team; Building and maintaining strong working relationships with specialist teams (AV, OOH & Digital); Managing billing process on a monthly basis; Managing larger scale releases and partnership conversations with media owners; Gaining trust and respect of local clients and challenging them; Demonstrating comprehensive understanding of the film and wider media landscape; Developing positive working relationships with specialists in TED and Global and Central MediaCom teams
