Associate, OOH - Trading, UK

To support our Trading team and help undertake administrative duties across all of our client accounts. It is fast-paced and challenging, but you will always be supported, and your achievements and efforts will be celebrated. Responsibilities

Inputting campaigns onto our bespoke Aureus system; Assist the team with Optioning and Booking campaigns; Update internal databases as required; Begin to build good rapport and relationships with Media Owners; Undertake location mapping using our online tool; Undertake general campaign support during and afterwards; Develop knowledge of processes on specific ‘patch’; Creating a bespoke weekly update for agency planning teams; Collate and share Media Owner information; Takes responsibility for escalating challenges and issues that may arise; Developing understanding of OOH sector; Grows industry knowledge through internal training, attending seminars, industry events and media owner presentations
