Deployment Strategist

You'll walk into some of the world's most complex enterprise systems and deploy Conduct against the challenges our customers face. You build the kind of trust that turns an initial pilot into a long-term partnership, and the product insights you bring back will directly shape what we build next. Conduct is the AI operating system that absorbs the complexity of enterprise systems such as SAP, helping the world's largest companies move at the speed of their ideas. The team is small and talent-dense, working out of London and NYC, with a focus on extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. Responsibilities

Make sure Conduct lands and sticks; Join strategic accounts early; Run the technical deployment hands-on; Fully take over post-sale; Fly out to customers when needed; Onboard hundreds of end users; Surface expansion signals; Turn a single entry point into a multi-year partnership; Have a direct line into product and shape Conduct's product roadmap; Build the engine behind everything: onboarding flows, tooling, reusable playbooks

Requirements

2+ years working with customers in a technical capacity; Direct enterprise experience preferred (deployment-heavy, forward-deployed, or technical account roles where you owned a real outcome inside a customer's systems); Solid depth in enterprise tech, ERP, or comparably complex software; Real commercial instinct (spot expansion, hold an early commercial conversation); A builder with genuine hunger (build the process and do hands-on customer work); Low ego and self-aware (comfortable saying "I don't know" in a technically complex environment)
