With more than 470,000 employees in over 150 countries, we help our clients and our communities solve complex problems and achieve ambitious goals through domain and industry expertise, global reach and alliances with the largest tech providers. What defines Deloitte is our drive to make a meaningful difference. For us, this means long-term development and results for our clients and their companies, ideas and actions that also contribute to positive societal development. It is also about empowering our people and promoting their development.
At Deal Transformation, we help clients maximise the value of their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across the entire transaction cycle, including the below offerings:
Our team combines expertise from strategy, finance, operations and technology to provide tailored, high-quality insights that inform investment and divestiture decisions, as well as post-deal value creation. Operating across the Nordics and in close collaboration with offices across the globe, we work seamlessly to deliver comprehensive solutions during critical phases of the deal lifecycle.
We are seeking Consultants to join our Stockholm office in January 2027. In this role, you will support clients through integration and separation programmes, manage various aspects of the M&A process and engage with stakeholders to optimise deal value. You will conduct high-quality research and analysis, contributing to the delivery of strategic insights. Additionally, you will develop rapport and trust with clients, drive programme management, prepare presentations, facilitate workshops and contribute to business development activities that enhance Deloitte’s market presence across the region.
How you’ll grow
As a Consultant with Deal Transformation, you will be an integral part of a dynamic and growing team, contributing to successful mergers and divestitures across a range of industries. You will experience a steep learning curve in management advisory, strategic thinking and change management, with broad exposure to M&A projects in various industries and geographies. Working closely with colleagues, clients and investors worldwide, you will gain valuable international experience.
We are expanding our Deal Transformation practice in Sweden, offering you the opportunity to play a key role in our growth across the Nordics. You will have the freedom to take on responsibility and grow in both client-facing and internal situations, with our full support to help you advance your career. We value honesty and direct communication and foster an inclusive team culture where contributions are recognised.
