Operations & Production Intern

The Operations & Production intern role is designed to support the Operations & Productions teams in all day-to-day requirements, supporting the entire Universal Pictures Content Group (UPCG) team operationally. The role offers the opportunity to work with all internal teams within the Content Group, including Marketing, PR, Content Strategy & Finance, and to learn how the media industry works operationally.

Responsibilities

Setting up crucial screenings on online viewing platforms for internal and external contacts; Raising POs and invoices; Researching assets for older/catalogue titles; Helping to take delivery of content into the business; Organising delivery of content to film festivals; Ensuring Content Protection measures are adhered to; Supporting on Production tasks, with the potential to act as a 'runner' on in-house productions; Generally leveraging efficiency throughout the team

Requirements

Currently an undergraduate studying at University and returning to full time education in Autumn 2028, or looking to gain work experience after completing A-Levels, an equivalent course or an Apprenticeship; Eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from Monday 5th July 2027 to Friday 21st July 2028; Able to work in NBCUniversal's Central London office on-site four days per week; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Very high level of attention to detail; Able to learn quickly and manage your time effectively; Solid experience with Microsoft Office applications; Enthusiasm for the film & TV industry as a whole
