Principal Program Manager

In this role, you'll help turn complex client priorities into clear, executable programs across Client Engagement, Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders. You'll own the operating rhythm for high-stakes client initiatives, from kickoff and scoping through launch, adoption, and long-term success.

Responsibilities

Turn client needs into clear execution plans; Drive high-stakes carrier initiatives from kickoff to launch; Build the Client Engagement operating muscle (intake, tracking, status, and escalation rhythms); Make risks and tradeoffs visible early; Be the translator across clients and internal teams; Find patterns across client work; Keep multiple concurrent initiatives balanced and honest; Improve confidence in client delivery; Keep everyone aligned without meeting overload; Use AI to move faster; Help scale Client Engagement

Requirements

Deep program management experience with complex, cross-functional work; Client-facing and internally rigorous; Comfortable being technical-adjacent without needing to write code; Able to operate without waiting for perfect clarity; Balance urgency with discipline; Lead through influence; Learn the domain fast

Nice to have

P&C insurance industry experience; Prior insurance experience; Curiosity and speed of learning the domain; Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
