Program Manager

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain an adequate and accurate cost accounting system; Establish and control the program product baseline; Establish and maintain a Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) program; Provide the management of vendors and subcontractors; Provide the technical management team working at the client's site; Advise on the distribution of work among positions and organizations; Advise on appropriate staffing levels and skill mix; Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operations in meeting goals; Performing cost benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected programs; Advise on potential benefits/uses of automation to improve efficiency; Evaluate and advise on organization, methods, and procedures for providing support; Researching and investigating new or improved business and management practices

Requirements

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance with SAP eligibility; Bachelor's degree; TEN (10) or more years' of Project/Program Management experience; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Nice to have

Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DoW, military/civilian personnel and industry partners; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Project and Excel); Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision; Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic area of responsibility
