Senior Business Project Manager, New Initiatives

Coupang is reimagining the shopping experience. Services in Taiwan include Rocket Delivery (next-day delivery for a wide selection of items at affordable prices) and Rocket Overseas (free international delivery on millions of best-selling products from Korea, the U.S., and beyond). The role is for a highly skilled program manager to join the Private Brands team in Taiwan, working closely with business managers, instock, forecasting, pricing, promotions, compliance, IT and finance teams to set up the processes, systems and ways of working targeted at driving growth, efficiency and profitability. The primary focus is project/program management, while the successful candidate should be comfortable supporting various operational activities across functions until processes are fully established and scalable. The recruitment process includes Application Review, Phone Interview, Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview, and Offer.

Responsibilities

Analyze current system and process and define future business needs; Build program roadmaps, and phased goals for execution; Partner with Leaders, and business managers on development, user testing and implementation; Create workflows, training, milestone management, exception reporting, dashboards and performance reports; Present insights and recommendations to leadership; Monitor progress, manage risks, and align stakeholders

Requirements

8+ years of E-commerce experience in program management, system development, or business project management roles; Strong Excel and analytical skills; Data-driven mindset with solid business logic; Fluent in English and Mandarin; Strong cross-functional communication skills; Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority
