THE JOURNEY

- Play a key role in general accounting and controlling, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all ledgers.
- Own balance sheet reconciliations (customers, vendors, related parties, banks, tax authorities, etc.).
- Manage treasury forecasting, analyze variances, and process payments.
- Handle billing and invoicing – ensuring both customer and partner accuracy.
- Review, process, and control accounting documentation for completeness and correctness.
- Partner with the Commercial team as their go-to person for finance insights and operational support.
- Identify and drive process improvements to simplify, automate, or enhance workflows.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc AR/AP, inventory, and billing reports.
- Communicate with HQ, regional, and local stakeholders, supporting implementation of new processes and initiatives.
- Support month-end and year-end closing and reconciliation activities.
- Cover other accounting and analytical procedures as needed.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in Accounting, Audit, or Corporate Finance, ideally in a multinational environment.; Strong knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS, and familiarity with statutory accounting and tax compliance.; Experience with ERP systems (Wand/Business Central is a plus!).; Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills – comfort with large datasets and reconciliations.; Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with exceptional attention to detail.; Excellent command of English and the local language.; Self-driven, organized, and deadline-oriented, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
