Requirements

Accounts Payable Support; Invoice Processing & Reconciliation; Vendor & Business Partner Coordination; Contract Compliance & Documentation Management; Financial Recordkeeping & Organization; Project Revenue Reconciliation; Microsoft Excel & Data Management; Critical & Analytical Thinking; Attention to Detail; Professional Communication; Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support; Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Basic understanding of accounting principles, accounts payable processes, financial reporting, and reconciliation concepts; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with accounting or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred; Experience through coursework, internships, or accounting-related projects is a plus; Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders; Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
