Accounting Specialist

A University Accounting Specialist is responsible for timely and accurate analysis, reconciliation updating, and reporting of university information. This information is provided to both internal and external entities. The incumbent also provides technical direction, consultation and customer service to a variety of constituents. Incumbent will work in the Accounting Office.

Responsibilities

Maintains Accounting Records/Reports for the University; Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned; Other Duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; No related work experience required; Not eligible for visa sponsorship

Nice to have

Degree in Accounting or a related field; Experience working with a financial office; Financial education
