Aesthetic Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe and effective treatments to clients while providing an exceptional customer experience. This role includes performing laser-based or aesthetic procedures, educating clients on skincare and post-treatment care, and maintaining compliance with medical and organizational standards. The RN collaborates with the clinic team to ensure a welcoming and professional environment while upholding the highest standards of safety and care. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, a passion for client care, and the ability to support the clinic in achieving its overall performance goals.

Responsibilities

Perform non-invasive treatments, including laser therapies, under medical protocols and company standards; Assess client eligibility for treatments by reviewing medical history, obtaining informed consent, and addressing client questions; Administer treatments with precision and care; Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records; Educate clients on benefits, risks, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care; Deliver exceptional customer service; Address client concerns promptly and professionally; Partner with the clinic team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment environment; Support clinic goals by promoting additional services, skincare products, or treatment packages; Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards; Inspect and maintain equipment; Stay updated on industry best practices; Participate in training sessions or continuing education; Assist with special events or promotional activities; Provide mentorship to new nurses or clinic staff; Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory checks or restocking; Participate in quality assurance initiatives

Requirements

Associate degree; Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment; Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems; Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) regularly; Minimum of 3 days available to work per week, with at least one being Friday or Monday preferred; Ability to work during clinic operating hours; Ability to work 1-2 days per week regularly, up to 3 days per week; Ability to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance; Ability to commute to home clinic and periodically travel to other clinics; Must be able to sit and stand for long periods; Must be able to lift and move inventory and clinic assets

Nice to have

Experience with appointment scheduling platforms such as Zenoti or comparable tools; Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, customer service, or sales; Knowledge of skin types, treatment indications, and pre/post-care requirements; Advanced interpersonal skills to create a positive client experience; Strong verbal and written communication skills to educate clients; Ability to effectively problem solve; Strong team collaboration skills; Clinically competent, professional, compassionate; Attention to detail in following medical protocols; Strong listening and conversational skills
