Aesthetic Registered Nurse

As part of the clinic team the Aesthetic Registered Nurse is a medical skincare professional who partners with their clinic team to provide clients' excellence services with advanced medical-grade technologies and skin care product recommendations on their customized skin care journey. While other companies also specialize in injectables, hair removal and tattoo removal, we specialize in one thing - facials. Helping develop effective routines and customized plans for clients with compassion and high-energy. RNs should be ready to join a hard-working & high volume medical-grade skin care clinic.

Responsibilities

Present and promote customized no-downtime laser facials; discuss the importance of skin care protocols created by the medical team; celebrate client results; support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures; assist with training, coaching, and developing staff; establish adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits; strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfort with computer/store systems; establish and maintain effective client retention processes; partner with clinic team to provide people-oriented, enjoyable and comfortable workplace; respect and support all team members' individuality and provide an inclusive environment; understand opportunities and support team to meet personal and clinic goals; maintain organizational relationships

Requirements

Associate degree; Registered Nurse (RN) license; Current State Nursing License; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through an accredited association; clinically competent; professional; compassionate; functions well with team; able to provide safe and therapeutic services; exceptional communication skills; capable of problem-solving; outgoing personality yet calming presence; attentive; able to listen and read customers; attention to detail in following company protocol; goal oriented; prioritize client safety and customer service; able to make clinical decisions and know when to ask for assistance; must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays; able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance; reliable commute to home clinic and periodically travel to other clinics; ability to stand/sit for long periods and lift/move inventory

Nice to have

1 year Registered Nurse (RN) experience; 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred
