Aesthetician PT

The Skin Laundry Aesthetician is responsible for providing innovative laser treatments and exemplary customer care. Our ideal candidate will be able to speak to their selling and consulting skillset, while having a proven track rate in a sales and/or KPI-driven environment. Reliability, high attention to detail, and an outgoing and confident sales approach are amongst the qualities we seek. Experience using CRM databases (such a Zenoti) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Providing innovative laser treatments and exemplary customer care; Customizing no-downtime laser facial treatments and skincare routines based on guest needs; Supporting clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures; Assisting with orientation, training, coaching, and developing staff members; Establishing adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits; Establishing and maintaining effective client retention processes; Partnering with clinic team to provide a people-oriented, enjoyable and comfortable workplace of belonging; Respecting and supporting all team members individuality and providing an inclusive environment; Understanding opportunities and supporting the team to meet personal and clinic goals

Requirements

1 year experience as Aesthetician; Current State Esthetician License; Certification in laser devices (e.g., LSO, laser hair removal, laser technician); Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills; Customer service as #1 priority; Must be available to work weekends and 2 weekdays (Mon-Fri); Must be available to work a Monday or a Friday, as well as one additional weekday; Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours; Must be able to work a minimum of 1 day per week with ability to flex to 2 and occasionally a 3rd shift; Must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance; Reliably commute to home clinic location and periodically travel to other clinics; Ability to operate medical devices providing laser and thermo services; Requires repetitive movement and standing for long periods of time; Must be able to lift and carry up to 35lbs; Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team; Attention to detail in following company medical standards and protocol; Must prioritize client safety and customer service; Able to work weekends and 40+ hours per week

Nice to have

Current State Advanced Esthetician License; 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics and customer service preferred; Experience using CRM databases such as Zenoti; Monday and Friday availability highly preferred
