AI Product Manager - B2B SaaS (Martech) - Remote

Responsibilities

Define the why, when, and what of products the engineering team is building; Lead cross-functional teams from product ideation to launch; Build product and strategy reflecting Insider One's vision and articulate business value to the product team; Define the release process and coordinate all activities required to bring the product to market; Manage and prioritize product items and own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas; Benchmark, monitor, and understand market needs, competition, customer/user requirements, and emerging technologies; Define and analyze metrics to calculate product/feature performance and customer satisfaction and provide improvement suggestions

Requirements

Leadership, decision-making and setting direction; Effective communication and conveying complex information to different audiences; Problem solving; Teamwork and collaboration; Listening and gathering information from multiple sources; Entrepreneurial spirit; Experience using and applying Large Language Models; Hands-on experience building or using LLM-powered agentic solutions; 3+ years of Product Management experience; Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university; Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development; Hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on a time-bounded schedule; Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, hallucinations, bias, accuracy); Experience with model APIs like OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral; Experience building or iterating on customer journeys using low-code/no-code tools and drag-and-drop automation platforms; Ability to assimilate customer requirements and translate requirements into detailed product specifications; Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision; Fluent in English and Turkish
