AI Prompt Support Engineer

Design, test, and refine prompts for AI models to achieve desired outputs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and business) to understand requirements. Optimize prompt performance through experimentation and iteration. Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, bias, and relevance. Develop prompt libraries, templates, and best practices. Monitor and improve model outputs based on user feedback and analytics. Document prompt strategies and maintain version control. Requirements

BE in Computer Science Engineering; Certification in AI prompt Engineering; 3-6 years' experience with prompt tuning, fine-tuning, or AI model evaluation; Knowledge of data annotation and training processes; Exposure to tools like OpenAI APIs or similar AI platforms; Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Linguistics, or a related field; Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially NLP; Experience working with large language models (e.g., GPT-based systems); Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities; Ability to experiment, iterate, and optimize workflows

Nice to have

Background in linguistics, content strategy, or UX writing; Familiarity with programming languages like Python (preferred); Creativity in language and instruction design; Attention to detail; Critical thinking; Adaptability to evolving AI technologies
