Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications and services, ensuring high quality and reliability; Build and integrate Generative AI solutions utilizing large language models (LLMs) to create innovative features; Develop sophisticated AI agents, workflows, prompts, tools, and orchestration frameworks; Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, and knowledge retrieval solutions to enhance information access; Build robust APIs, microservices, and backend services to support complex AI workloads; Evaluate, benchmark, and optimize AI model performance, quality, cost, and latency for peak efficiency; Develop automated testing, monitoring, and observability solutions for AI applications, ensuring operational excellence; Collaborate closely with product owners and business stakeholders, translating requirements into impactful technical solutions; Implement responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance controls within AI solutions, upholding ethical standards; Contribute to architectural decisions, coding standards, and engineering best practices, shaping our technical direction; Provide essential support for AI applications in production, participating in troubleshooting and incident resolution

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; 3–6 years of software development experience; 2+ years of experience building AI/ML or Generative AI applications; Strong programming skills in one or more of: Python, Java, C#, TypeScript/JavaScript; Experience developing REST APIs and distributed services; Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP; Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including design patterns, testing, CI/CD, security, and observability

Nice to have

Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, or Gemini; Experience building AI agents, integrations, tool calling frameworks, or multi-agent workflows; Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases; Familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks; Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or Cloud Run; Experience working in Agile development environments
