Analyst 3, Business Applications

In this position, the individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Blue Yonder ESP solutions for Supply chain Planning. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain management principles, along with technical expertise in Blue Yonder ESP software and related technologies.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end solutions utilizing Blue Yonder ESP module to optimize supply chain operations; Understand business and existing processes – draft requirements, design innovative solutions, support IT development, user testing, implementation and change management, hyper-care; Configure, customize, and implement Blue Yonder ESP software to meet business requirements; Assist functional and technical team to identify test cases aligned to functional design and support to project teams throughout the implementation process; Work with business to identify business scenarios for testing; Identify opportunities to automate and enhance the business process and systems; Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers to meet their expectations; Conduct system integrations with other ERP systems as needed; Develop and deliver training sessions for Business users

Requirements

7-10 years of experience working as a Solution Architect or Consultant with a focus on Blue Yonder (JDA) ESP product; In-depth knowledge of supply chain management processes and best practices; Proficiency in configuring and customizing Blue Yonder ESP module; Expertise Database concepts (Oracle), PL/SQL scripting, systems infrastructure, systems development, and software development Life cycle; Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
