Requirements

3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Application Security, DevSecOps; Proficiency in application security tooling including SAST, SCA, DAST, container image scanning, IaC scanning, and secrets detection across the full software development lifecycle; Deep knowledge of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, with demonstrated ability to perform vulnerability analysis, prioritize findings, and drive remediation; Ability to reduce noise in security pipelines through false positive identification, tuning, and optimization of scanning tools to improve signal quality; Proven leadership in application security initiatives, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams, influence secure-by-design decisions, and manage end-of-support lifecycle planning; Fluency in English (B2); Availability for Hybrid model 2 times a week (based in Lisbon); Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
