Architect

This position is in the Division of Facilities Management & Safety. The architect administrates capital construction projects across the main campus and at regional campuses. The Capital Construction Project Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of user groups are clearly communicated to design professionals and that projects are designed to efficiently and effectively implement desired programs. That construction is accomplished timely and within budget. The position will oversee the administration of projects from initial planning, programming, and budgeting through the warranty period.

Requirements

Related bachelor's degree required; One year of experience above that required for licensure; Licensed as a professional architect by the State Board of Examiners and Registration of Architects, OR licensed as a professional engineer by the State Board of Licensure for Engineers and Land Surveyors; Must maintain a current license as a professional architect by the State Board of Examiners and Registration of Architects, OR as a professional engineer by the State Board of Licensure for Engineers and Land Surveyors
