Responsibilities

Introduce intern to the tools, processes, and methodologies used in design project coordination for convenience store development; Build foundational skills in design including floor planning, architectural, and civil design; Provide exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate, Entitlements, and Construction teams; Assist in maintaining design quality by supporting design deliverable owner review; Support prototype design development through change request development; Analyze historical design data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization; Participate in design review meetings and contribute to variance analysis and reporting; Complete a capstone assignment

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business or related field and graduating December 2027 or May 2028; Strong, clear and concise communication and writing skills; Exceptional attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills; Ability to independently lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
