Area Manager Wilmington Area

We have an opening for an Area Manager working out of Wilmington. The pay rate is $25/hr. We are looking for a dedicated individual with flexibility. In addition to competitive pay, we offer 401K program with company match and Paid Time Off. This position will require some travel. Basic Function: Responsible for Fill-In Janitorial Coverage, Quality Control, Training New Employees and Re-Training Current Employees, and Supply Management at assigned accounts. Specific tasks are subject to change and the Supervisor, therefore, must be flexible in performing assigned duties. Compensation: $25.00 per hour.

Requirements

Dedicated individual with flexibility; Must be well groomed; Good communication skills; Comfortable working with Google based technology and other online applications; Ability to travel by automobile; Clean DMV record; Ability to pass a background check; Own transportation; Ability to access areas that may not be handicap accessible
