Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional client care and quality return to work outcomes; Providing results-focused leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of Allied Health professionals; Prioritising key business activities (customer, employee, operational, financial) to achieve targets; Developing and sustaining positive customer relationships; Ensuring services are timely, accurate and meet legislative, customer SLA and Konekt standards; Achieving revenue and profit targets and sustaining business growth; Growing your team and developing team members to optimise performance and engagement

Requirements

Occupational/Workplace Rehabilitation or injury management experience; Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology with appropriate professional registration; Practical knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and case management; Commercial acumen and understanding of key business drivers; Energetic, positive and motivated approach
