Asset Finance Lawyer

We are looking for a talented Asset Finance lawyer to join our client’s market-leading team in London, advising on complex, cross-border transactions across aviation, shipping, rail and beyond. From secured lending to sophisticated structured finance (including securitisation), you will handle a wide range of high-value matters for major banks, leasing companies, airlines and corporates. What you will bring: 3–7 years’ PQE (or equivalent); Strong academics and excellent drafting skills; Solid technical expertise across finance transactions; Commercial awareness and a client-first mindset; The ability to manage deadlines and thrive under pressure.
