Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

This position is responsible for the supervision and management of Food & Beverage Services operations to maximize guest satisfaction and department profits.

Responsibilities

Set periodical Food & Beverage Services budget & forecast; Analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports, identify deviation from business plan goals; Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the department; Oversee and manage Food & Beverage Operations and team members

Requirements

Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills; Strong organizational and analytical skills; Experienced in all aspects of Food & Beverage Services service, especially in local function styles; Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with proven records in delivering Food & Beverage Services operating results; High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen

Nice to have

Previous luxury brand hotel experience is an advantage; Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred; Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
